怎么添加键盘

打开「设置」→「通用」→「键盘」→「键盘」→「添加新键盘」，选 Knowly，再点进去打开「允许完全访问」。之后在任何输入框里按住地球键切到 Knowly。

为什么要「允许完全访问」

键盘要读到你在 App 里存的地址、电话，并把语音发去识别。不开也能用拼音打字，只是快填和语音用不了。

第一次说话为什么跳到了 Knowly

iOS 不允许键盘直接用麦克风，所以第一次会跳到 Knowly 把麦克风打开，再回到原来的 App。回去以后点麦克风接着说就行。没有自动回去的话，点屏幕左上角的「◀」。

说完没有出字

先看网络是否通畅；连不上云端时，Knowly 会改用手机本机识别，准确度会低一些。也可以在 Knowly 的设置里重新开一次语音。

怎么删除我的数据

在 App 里删掉单条记忆，或者直接删除 Knowly，手机上的数据会全部删除。我们的服务器不保存你的录音、问题和回答。详见隐私政策。

Add the keyboard: Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Knowly, then turn on Allow Full Access. Switch to Knowly with the globe key in any text field.

Why Full Access: the keyboard needs it to read the details you saved in the app and to send speech for transcription. Without it you can still type Pinyin.

Why it opens Knowly the first time you speak: iOS doesn't let keyboards use the microphone, so Knowly opens once to turn the microphone on, then returns to your app. Tap the microphone again to keep talking; if it doesn't return on its own, tap "◀" in the top-left corner.

Delete your data: delete individual items in the app, or delete Knowly to remove everything on your phone. Our server doesn't store your audio, questions or answers. See the Privacy Policy.
