你存的信息

你在 Knowly 里存的地址、电话等内容只保存在你的手机上，App 和键盘之间通过 iOS 的 App Group 共享。开启云端识别时，为了认准你常用的名字，条目的名字（比如「公司地址」，不是地址本身）会作为识别提示随录音一起发送。

语音

只有在你按下说话时才会录音。录音只用来识别成文字，不会保存。识别分两种：苹果的语音识别（设备支持时在本机完成，否则由 Apple 处理，适用 Apple 的隐私政策）；开启云端识别时，录音和识别出的文字会经过我们的服务器转发给 OpenAI，用于转写和整理文字。我们的服务器不保存这些内容；OpenAI 按其 API 数据政策处理，默认不会用来训练模型。

键盘输入

键盘会在手机上读取光标前的几个字，用来发现「我的地址：」这样的提示并递上对应内容。这些字只在本机使用，不记录、不上传。

在键盘里问 AI

在键盘的「问」里，你点发送之后，输入的问题才会经过我们的服务器发给 OpenAI 回答；需要实时信息时，OpenAI 会联网搜索。我们的服务器不保存问题和回答，也要求 OpenAI 不保存这次对话（OpenAI 仍可能按其政策为防滥用短期留存）。你存的信息只在手机上匹配，不随问题发送；聊天框里已有的文字也不会发送。

我们不做的事

没有账号、没有广告、没有追踪、没有第三方统计。为了限制每台设备每天的云端识别次数，App 会随机生成一个编号随请求发送；它不对应你的真实身份或设备信息，服务器只用它计数。

为什么要「允许完全访问」

键盘需要它来读取你在 App 里存的信息，以及把录音发去识别。

删除数据

删除 App 就会删除手机上的全部数据。

Privacy Policy

Saved snippets (such as addresses and phone numbers) stay on your device and are shared between the app and its keyboard through an iOS App Group. When cloud recognition is on, the names of your snippets (for example "Work address", not the address itself) are sent with the audio as recognition hints.

Audio is recorded only while you are speaking and is used only for transcription; it is not stored. Speech is transcribed by Apple Speech (on device when supported). When cloud recognition is on, the audio and the recognized text are relayed through our server to OpenAI for transcription and text clean-up. Our server does not store them; OpenAI handles them under its API data policy and does not use them for training by default.

The keyboard reads the few characters before the cursor on your device to spot cues like "My address:". They are used only on the device and are never recorded or uploaded. There are no accounts, ads, tracking or third-party analytics. To cap daily cloud usage per device, the app sends a random ID that is not linked to your identity or device; the server only uses it for counting. Full Access is needed to read your saved snippets and to send speech for transcription. Deleting the app deletes all of its data.

Asking AI in the keyboard: when you tap send in the keyboard's "Ask" tab, your question is relayed through our server to OpenAI for an answer, which may include a web search. We do not store questions or answers, and we ask OpenAI not to store the conversation (OpenAI may still retain it briefly under its abuse-monitoring policy). Your saved snippets are matched on the device and are not sent with the question; text already in the chat field is not sent either.
